La Colletta is a cliff that takes its name from the homonymous neighboring village (whose community contributed, at the time, to the costs of bolting); it is a vertical wall of beautiful red and grey limestone, exposed to the sun all day long, almost like a balcony on the valley below. It is characterized by medium-easy routes, which however require a good use of the fingers, because of the compactness of the rock. The most interesting routes are the easiest ones, on the 6a / 6a +, but do not underestimate them! if you are looking for a quiet, sunny and panoramic place, it is a good choice.
Approach
Pass the houses of the village of Castelbianco and get to the Osteria Scola; from here take the road that climbs to the right, towards Veravo. After 700 meters you reach the houses of Colletta (characteristic village) and you can park in the large parking area on the right. Enter the village and take the little road that descends to the left, until you reach a first cliff (the DHOME); from here continue to the right, pass on the bridge that crosses the stream and go up to the right, up to the cliff
