It is the cave just above the road, named as the homonymous village. Historical crag, as it is the first laboratory of the high difficulty of the Pennavaire valley of the 90s. Compact limestone, which offers notches, plats and tufas, on walls from slightly overhanging to very much overhanging. The genus is athletic and resistance, with numerous intense passages, for many years it was the most selective crag of the valley. Recently the left side of the cliff has been equipped, with shorter but easier routes (from 5c to 6b+) on splendid rock, making a real NO BIG AREA. Today, therefore, Castelbianco is a climbing area for everyone, from the minimal approach and ideal in the middle seasons
Approach
From the junction of Martinetto continue for 4.5 KM towards Castelbianco; after the wide curve and the group of houses (where there is the Agriturismo da Ferruccio), continue for 100 meters and you immediately meet the cliff on the right. Possibility of parking in the open space on the right, under the cliff, a little further on, on the road on the right and on the left.
