CPR

North    25 min. 41 4c ÷ 8c  2018
This is one of the new and most interesting summer opportunities in the valley, found by M. Gambaro and equipped by himself in 2019, together with the CPR Team (D. Ramoino, E. Chiappa, G. Cirulli and others); the name clearly evokes the CPR Free Sport shop, which offered the material. It is a large white limestone cave, facing north, which offers climbing opportunities for everyone: in fact, the first parts of the pitches are easy, then they continue on the obvious overhangs, holes and small tufas. Suggestive environment.

Approach

Go up the valley and, after the village of Nasino, continue for 2.5 km up to a wide curve on the right, where you can park the car. Take the cemented road that starts in the curve and after 5 minutes, take the path on the left that goes down to the stream, until to an ancient stone bridge; cross the bridge and turn left: follow an easy path and then some fixed ropes, which lead to the cliff (about 15 minutes). It is also possible to reach the CPR from the village of Alto: enter the village and from the main square turn right towards the cemetery, where you park. Take the path that goes down on the left along the cemetery and reach the wide dirt road that descends to the right, pass the church of St. Sebastian, until you reach a crossroads on the left; follow the deviation and along several small bends reach the bottom of the valley, until you reach the stone bridge indicated above
