One really wonders how Danilo Bo managed to find this cliff! We are in an area that remains out of the usual rounds of climbers, yet in 2007 Danilo wanted to explore other valleys and found this wall slightly overhanging and compact, sunken in the most hidden Val Neva and adjacent to the homonymous torrent. The cliff has remained secret for decades and the easiest routes on the left required a lot of cleaning work. In 2022 it was then partly revisited by M. Gambaro and friends. It has a unique exposure: in the shade until 12.00, then goes to the sun until 16.00, to return again in the shade. Attention, after periods of rain, the wall takes a long time to dry.
“Che ti coalizzi” 6b, is a good 6b warm up; “jungla” 6c, “Duri e sinceri” 7a+, “Stato critico” 8a.
Approach
From Martinetto continue on the SS 582, in the direction of Garessio, pass Zuccarello and Erli, until the hamlet of Berrioli; here you meet on the left a sign marked "Arma Veriana" and take the small road that goes down to the left and then becomes a dirt road; continue to a clearing before the bridge on the Neva and there park; walk up the road and take the path that starts from the hairpin bend to the left and that runs along the stream; always follow the sign "Arma Veriana"
